Golden Shower Leader

“America is being run by a mad man. When he doesn’t like what he hears, he dismisses it by saying it’s un-American and damning and it’s `fake news,’ but we know the truth. All thinking people do know the truth. Your job is difficult enough without being attacked by our lowlife-in-chief, that’s the name I have for him….It was jerkoff-in-chief, now it’s lowlife-in-chief.[1]
– Hollywood legend Robert De Niro addressing the media in April 2018

Dear Kim Moon-shine,

I was delighted to read your last letter.

You’re right on the money in your assessment of America’s President, Donald Trump.

Trump is the apotheosis of American Sonderkommandos, the über-Sonderkommando.

Let me now turn to your questions on the infamous Steele dossier on Trump and related matters in the terrifying cesspit of America.

Golden Shower President

History will likely bestow upon Donald Trump the disgraceful title of America’s First Known Golden Shower President.

Whether the accusations that Trump participated in a “Golden Shower” at a Moscow hotel (photographed by the Russian security agency FSB to later blackmail him) are accurate or false will matter little to people of the future.[2]

That such charges could be made against the highest leader of America bespeaks the depths of morality into which the nation has plunged.

Donald Trump

Oh, I almost forgot to explain what a Golden Shower is.

In its essence, a Golden Shower involves pissing (often by prostitutes) upon one’s face and body.

Trump, according to the Steele dossier, had a covey of harlots piss on each other and upon the bed on which the Obamas had slept during their visit to Russia.

Pathological Liar

Donald Trump is no friend of the truth.

Not a day passes without President Trump uttering one horrendous lie or the other.

Trump’s barrage of lies started early.

When he was still in NYC, the builder-turned-TV-showman-turned-President was known to impersonate other people and heap praise on “Trump” in calls to journalists.

During the 2016 presidential campaign against his Democratic Party rival Hillary Clinton, Trump unleashed a diarrhea of lies.

But millions of American Sonderkommandos, including his core base of evangelical supporters, are not in the least bit bothered by Trump’s constant lies.

Unsurprisingly, in a poll 42% of Americans lied that Trump is “honest and trustworthy.”[3]

Kurt Andersen brought the hammer down on Trump’s lies when he wrote: “Despite his nonstop lies and obvious fantasies — rather, because of them — Donald Trump was elected president.”[4]

Train Wreck Presidency

Millions of American Sonderkommandos (mostly those on the DemocRAT side) daily lambast his train wreck presidency.

Ha ha ha, I can’t help convulsing in laughter.

Of course, Trump’s Presiduncy is a train wreck.

But what few Sonderkommandos seem to grasp is that almost every American Presiduncy in the last 100 years has been a train wreck.

Harry Truman’s Presiduncy is an epic tragedy of raining nuclear annihilation on countless Japanese civilians in the waning days of World war II.

Johnson’s Presiduncy was a chronicle of savage attacks on tiny Vietnam and retreating in humiliating defeat.

Nixon’s Presiduncy is a sordid tale of crime and punishment at the highest levels.

Ronald Reagan’s Presiduncy is a depressing account of gross idiocy and huge tax cuts.

Clinton’s Presiduncy is a nasty tale of blowjobs from interns inside the White House and expansion of America’s Gulags (prisons).

George W. Bush’s Presiduncy is the story of a blithering idiot presiding over massive tax cuts, a terrorist strike on the homeland and a disastrous attack on Iraq on false grounds of Saddam Hussein amassing weapons of mass destruction.

Donald Trump’s Presiduncy so far (as of May 6, 2018) is a comic tale of daily trash talk, complaining tweets, charges of collusion with Russia in the 2016 presidential elections and deep-throating corporations with massive tax cuts and easing of regulations.

Astute political observers know that the slide in democratic norms in America did not start with Donald Trump.

In their well received book How Democracies Die, Harvard political scientists Steven Levitsky and Daniel Ziblatt are right on the money in their assessment:“Donald Trump, a serial norm breaker, is widely (and correctly) criticized for assaulting America’s democratic norms. But the problem did not begin with Trump. The process of norm erosion started decades ago — long before Trump descended an escalator to announce his presidential candidacy.”[5]

Trump & the Media

Except from the bawling whackos on the hopelessly biased TV channel Fox News, President Donald Trump gets no love from the media.

Every day, the Washington Post, New York Times, Guardian, New Yorker and dozens of other publications fill their pages excoriating the President for his many sins.

These newspapers are joined by TV channels like MSNBC and TV hosts like Stephen Colbert, John Oliver, Bill Maher and Rachel Maddows who savage the President daily.

Of course, 99% of the criticism of Donald Trump is completely justified.

The man is a blithering idiot with zero impulse control and no interest in learning or reading.

When the news coverage is not fawning, Trump flies into a rage unleashing vitriol with his favorite weapon (Twitter) and blasting the coverage as Fake News.

In one tweet, Trump went so far as to slam the media as the “enemy of the American people.”[6]

On another occasion, Trump lashed out at the media as “among the most dishonest human beings on Earth.”[7]

Trump & Republican Party

For over six decades, the Republican party has been the bastion of White racists.

In recent years, White Christian evangelicals have jumped over to the Republican party in droves because of their antipathy to abortion, gay marriage and transgender movements.

The Republican Party has also been successful in attracting White people outside of the major cities and away from the two coasts (the so-called flyover country).

Trump’s greatest gift to America and the world is to turn the Republican party into a completely loathsome organization that has no shame laying in bed with a sick beast.

Destructive Actions

In the first 16 months, Trump has assaulted not one but several institutions (courts, law enforcement and intelligence agencies, ethics bodies, etc.) and fired several senior officials.

Among the whacko’s many destructive actions, Trump’s tax cuts that benefit mostly the corporations and wealthy people will have a lasting and devastating impact.

These tax cuts will not produce the economic boost that Trump promised but will be used for unproductive purposes like share-repurchase, etc.

Very few businesses (whether big or small) raised wages for employees after the tax cuts.

The tax cuts will also significantly decrease revenues of the federal government forcing debilitating cuts on dozens of vital programs (social welfare, science research and infrastructure).

Along with the destructive tax cuts, Trump is aggressively expanding on the Obama administration’s policy of pushing arms sales to all and sundry.

These weapons sales, running into tens of billions of dollars, will exacerbate global violence and aggressive adventures in the world like Saudi Arabia’s invasion of Yemen.

Trump has been trying hard to destroy the Obamacare healthcare program but so far has been only partially successful. His administration has significantly weakened Obamacare by eliminating the individual mandate that required people to buy coverage or face a financial penalty.

The Trump administration has also been aggressive in loosening regulations to curb Wall Street excesses and done a 180-degree turn on the environment.

Trump announced the decision to pull America out of the 2015 Paris accord on climate change mitigation a few months after he took office.

Trump rolled back the Obama administration’s decision to phase out use of private prisons. There’s little doubt that U.S. private prisons do not offer the promised cost-savings and are often horribly brutal facilities where violence against inmates is the norm.

Of course, stocks of private prison corporations are doing extremely well in the Trump era. German news magazine Spiegel calls the present times “The Golden Age of Private Prisons.”[8]

Disregarding all thought about the classic “innocent until proven guilty” pronouncements, Trump has encouraged the police to use violence against those arrested.

Unsurprisingly, Trump has no hesitation in criticizing his administration’s top officials and frequently firing them with little thought to dignity and decorum of his office.

In the first 16 months of his administration, Trump has fired his chief of staff, the FBI director, a Secretary of State, National Security Adviser, Veterans Affairs Secretary and several others.

But the whacko’s destructive actions have not dented his support among his White trash, Christian evangelical base who continue to gaze at him with awe and admiration.

Why should it be surprising that the White scum of America would enthusiastically embrace a White scumbag.

Sucking Up to Army & Police

To grasp the putrid rot within Trump, I frequently return to the two great chroniclers of the Roman era, Tacitus and Gibbon.

The two historians make it clear that if there was one constant among the later Roman emperors, it was their shameless pandering to the army.

The first impulses of a new Roman emperor like Vitellius or Otho was always to throw more money to the soldiers and sing their praises.

So it is with Donald Trump.

Trump never misses an opportunity to declare his support for the police and the army, two of the scummiest groups in twenty-first century America.

Even as he’s eviscerating the social safety net, turning a blind eye to consumer gouging and ignoring the crumbling infrastructure, Trump gleefully adds billions to the military budget and frequently lavishes praise on “our brave police officers.”

Caving in to Big Pharma

Trump is big on tough talk but low-energy when it comes to going after repeat offenders.

Pharma companies every day put enormous pressure on the sick by charging mind boggling prices for their drugs.

On several occasions, the price for drugs have jumped by several hundred percent in just a few years.

During his campaign and later, Trump promised that he would get cracking on prescription drug prices.

“I’m going to bring down drug prices. I don’t like what has happened with drug prices,” Trump told Time magazine.[9]

Trump also promised during the campaign that he would get Medicare to negotiate drug prices with pharmaceutical companies.

But in 17 months as President, Trump has done nothing to crack down on the soaring cost of prescription drugs.

Pharma companies continue to merrily gouge millions of American Sonderkommandos every year with insane prices for prescription drugs.

Packing the Courts

Long after Donald Trump sheds his mortal coils, the whacko’s actions will still be felt by many people.

Since entering the White House, Trump has set a scorching pace for appointing conservative judges to the federal judiciary, i.e. District Court and Circuit Court judges.

Conservative judges are often pro-corporations, harsh even on minor crimes, and hostile to minorities, civil rights and unions. They also tend to side with the government when it comes to restrictions on citizens’ basic rights.

Given that federal judicial appointments are lifetime positions, the negative impact to the less privileged sections of society will be horrible.

By early May 2018, Trump appointed 15 Circuit Court judges and had six more in the pipeline.[10]

Bootlicking Fans

Trump would be merely a blowhard whacko restricted to his NYC penthouse but for the millions of his adoring Sonderkommando fans.

Awed by his wealth, dumbstruck by his plane and its gold-fitted bathroom, dazzled by his third wife Melania and amused by his crazy trash talk, Trump’s acolytes and voters are less his followers and more like his slavish bootlickers.

Trump recognized his followers for what they really are.

In a telling comment (made 10 months before the presidential elections), Trump said, “I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose any voters, okay. It’s like incredible.”[11]

What the great 19th century essayist Thomas Babington Macaulay wrote about Samuel Johnson’s biographer James Boswell fits Trump’s followers aptly: “Servile and impertinent, shallow and pedantic … always laying himself at the feet of some eminent man, and begging to be spat upon and trampled.”

Following his election to the White House, Trump is spitting and trampling upon all the millions of Sonderkommandos who voted for him in bizarre hopes of being made “Great Again” and yet these scummy little toadies can’t get enough of him.

Don’t count me among the surprised if Trump wins a second term.

Heaven’s Anger

Sometimes it seems that Trump’s election to the presiduncy is a manifestation of Heaven’s anger against America and its 320 million Sonderkommandos.

The whacko’s victory was inevitable given the depths of corruption and degradation of culture in the United States of Sonderkommandos.

Once in office, Trump has been steadily weakening the “soft guardrails of democracy.”

“President Trump’s assault on basic norms has expanded the bounds of acceptable political behavior,” write Steven Levitsky and Daniel Ziblatt.[12]

In other words, Trump’s greatest gift to American Sonderkommandos is, in the memorable words of the late Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, to “define deviancy down.”

Once unleashed, an avalanche is rarely stoppable.

The Trump avalanche of impulsive tweets and arbitrary actions shows no signs of slowing down.

Will I be surprised if someone in the U.S. police, Secret Service or Army do to Trump what Roman soldiers did to the emperor Vitellius?

After all, by 2018 America is no different from the mad emperor Nero’s reign where “Promiscuity and degradation thrived…[and] never was there so favorable an environment for debauchery as among this filthy crowd…where every form of immorality competed for attention, and no chastity, modesty, or vestige of decency could survive.”[13]
